- A seat meeting specified standards installed on two-wheelers and designed for transporting children.
- A seat, meeting specified standards, secured to the vehicle with a safety belt and used for transporting children with independent belts.
- Any seat that is adjusted for driving children and elderly people and meets the standard which was set by the Ministry of Environmental Protection
- A seat which is installed inside a vehicle during its manufacture-stage and is adjusted for driving children with a maximum age of 14 years
