- Stopping a vehicle for a defined period of time, in order to unload cargo, intermittently
- Stopping the vehicle for more than thirty seconds
- Standing a vehicle in order to load it with cargo only, intermittently
- Standing a vehicle for an uninterrupted period of time, not for the purpose of immediate loading or unloading of passengers or loading or unloading of goods.
