- Any holder of a valid driving license for the same class of vehicle, and aged at least 24 yrs old.
- A holder of a driving license for the same class of vehicle for at least 3 years and aged at least 30 yrs old, or a holder of a license for at least 2 yrs and aged at least 35 yrs old.
- Any person who has not been convicted for any traffic offence during the past two years.
- A holder of a driving license for the same class of vehicle for at least 5 years and aged at least 24 yrs old, or a holder of a license for at least 3 yrs and aged at least 30 yrs old.
