A person shall not, and shall not permit anybody, to transport a freight container on his vehicle, unless:

- The vehicle has an engine of at least 150 horse-powers.
- The vehicle’s all up weight is at least 14,000 kg.
- The vehicle has two spare tires.
- It is indicated in the vehicle’s registration document that the vehicle is permitted to transport freight containers.
